Complaints procedure
To ensure good process, complaints regarding the Registry should be directed to the Regisitry Steward in writing.
Please note the following:
- Registries are not regulatory organisations; they enable. They provide an accounting service for the purposes of trading.
- The Registry is not responsible for the actions of any account-holder.
- The Registry is not obliged to arbitrate in the event of a dispute between account-holders.
Just as in normal trading, it is the responsibility of the buyers to satisfy themselves of the quality of goods and services offered. The Registry is not responsible for the quality of goods and services provided by the account-holders.
Complaints regarding the directory and its abuse, should be made to the LETSystem Steward.
